What is Pink Parcel?
Pink Parcel is a subscription service for your monthly cycle. We send you what you need, right when you need it. Plus some lovely treats to brighten up those days of the month.
How much does it cost?
Your first Pink Parcel is just £5.95. After that, it’s £9.99 a month. All charges include delivery
Can I organise a subscription for my daughter?
Absolutely! Just take out a subscription and choose the tampon product your daughter would like. We’ll be introducing a new subscription package shortly, especially for young ladies like your daughter. Sign-up to our newsletter and we’ll let you know as soon as this new service is launched.
What if I don’t remember the first day of my last period?
Don’t worry, we’ve all been there. Just give us a guesstimate. Then after you’ve received your first box, you can log in to your account and adjust your dates.
What will I get in my Pink Parcel?
In addition to the tampon supply that you’ve requested, you’ll receive a variety of treats. These treats will change each month, so opening your box will always be a lovely surprise.
Can I give a Pink Parcel as a gift?
Yes, aren’t you lovely! You can give a Pink Parcel to anyone. When you subscribe, you’ll be given the option of adding a recipients address. Just add their details and preferred product and you’re all set to make someone’s time of the month that little bit lovelier.
What’s the difference between Pink Parcel and Teen Parcel?
The main difference is the goodies that are found in the For You box.
For Teens, this is products aimed at 11-15 year olds so could include spot treatments, charm bracelets and sweets.
Pink Parcel is aimed at an older audience so the treats include tea, anti-ageing moisturiser and fake tan.
When will I receive my first delivery?
You’ll receive your parcel 2-4 days before your next period. We will send you an email when your Pink Parcel is dispatched so you can keep an eye out for it. If for any reason your Parcel doesn’t arrive then please send us an email to
Is P&P included?
Yes, standard delivery is included in all our subscriptions.
Is the box discreet?
Absolutely. We send them out in logo-free envelopes. Feel free to have it sent to your office.
Will my Pink Parcel fit through my letterbox?
Yes. We have designed our packaging so it will fit through most (if not all) letterboxes.
Can I switch products or parcels?
Of course. Simply log in to your account and let us know which plan you’d like. Alternatively email or if you would prefer to talk to someone then call 0800 368 9033.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
If you’d like to put your account on hold, just log in to the site and pause the subscription. To cancel your account, please email us at , and we’ll be happy to help.
What if I forget my account password?
No problem, we all do it from time to time. You can reset your password by choosing the people icon in the top right-hand corner of the site and then click the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link. Or email us at , and we’ll happily sort it out for you.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged each month as soon as your Pink Parcel is dispatched.
How long do refunds take to process?
Occasionally we do offer refunds. If you’ve been offered one, please note that it takes 3-5 days to clear into your account.
What brands do you supply?
We currently supply Tampax, Lil-Lets and American brand U By Kotex. We also now stock towels by Always. As well as single absorbencies, we provide multi-packs, which contain a variety of absorbencies to see you through the month.
Do you supply sanitary towels?
Yes! We stock various absorbencies of Always towels, both with and without wings.
How many tampons or towels do I receive?
Each monthly Pink Parcel is sent out with 25 tampons. Our new towel boxes contain 25 pads, which includes 5 night-time ones.
Do you do multi-absorbency parcels?
Yes. We have multi-packs of tampons available. These will come with various absorbencies to see you through the different stages of your period.
At the moment we don’t have that option for towels, but hopefully it will be coming soon.
Do you have mixed tampon and towel packages?
Unfortunately at the moment, we don’t offer this option but we may do in the future.
