- What is Pink Parcel?

Pink Parcel is a subscription service for your monthly cycle. We send you what you need, right when you need it. Plus some lovely treats to brighten up those days of the month.
- When will I receive my first delivery?

You’ll receive your parcel 3-5 days before your next period. We will send you an email when your Pink Parcel is dispatched so you can keep an eye out for it. If for any reason your Parcel doesn't arrive then please contact us.
- Is P&P included?

Yes, standard delivery is included in all our subscriptions.
- Can I switch plans?

At the moment, the only change we can make to your subscription is the delivery address. This is because we are currently updating our website. Once it launches in September, you'll be able to make any changes to your account yourself, including your plan and dates, via the website.
- What brands do you supply?

We currently supply Tampax, Lil-Lets and U, By Kotex. However we will be introducing a number of new brands including sanitary towels when we launch our new website in September. Please subscribe to our newsletter so we can inform you when our new site goes live.

Not yet. However we will be stocking a number of new brands including sanitary towels when we launch our new website in September. Please join our newsletter to be kept informed.
- How many tampons do I receive?

Each monthly Pink Parcel is sent out with 25 tampons. However if this isn't enough for you then please let us know.
- Do you supply non-applicator tampons?

We currently provide one non-applicator option, which is Li-lets.
- Can I organise a subscription for my daughter?

Absolutely! Just take out a subscription and choose the tampon product your daughter would like. We’ll be introducing a new subscription package shortly, especially for young ladies like your daughter. Sign-up to our newsletter and we’ll let you know as soon as this new service is launched.
- How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

If you’d like to put your account on hold,
just log in to the site and pause the subscription. To cancel your account, please email us at , and we’ll be happy to help.
- What if I forget my account password?

No problem, we all do it from time to time. You can reset your password

- Is the box discreet?

Absolutely. Feel free to have it sent to your office.
- What will I get in my Pink Parcel?

In addition to the tampon supply that you’ve requested, you’ll receive a variety of treats. These treats will change each month, so opening your box will always be a lovely surprise.
- Can I give a Pink Parcel as a gift?

Yes, aren’t you lovely! You can give a Pink Parcel to anyone. All you need is their address details and preferred tampon product.
- Do you ship to Ireland?

At the moment, we currently only ship to Northern Ireland.
- How much does it cost?

Your first Pink Parcel is £5.95. After that, each parcel is £9.95.
- Will my Pink Parcel fit through my letterbox?

Yes. We have designed our packaging so it will fit through most (if not all) letterboxes. If your letterbox is too small, you can always choose another delivery address. As our packaging is very discreet, many of our subscribers get it delivered to their work address.
- When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged via PayPal each month when your Pink Parcel is dispatched.
